Impressive menu. We could hardly make up our minds. The food was in no way inferior to the menu. Impressive. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. The excellent staff and sommelier rounded off the evening. Not to be missed when in the hotel.

The "Egener Bay"? Very outstanding. In our opinion even a little better than Gault Millau's “Il Barcaiolo” with 2 points more and thus higher rated in the same building (Hotel Überfahrt).

It's not worth the money, even the new restaurant manager admits shortcomings such as the attention of the staff / quality of the food. But it should change in the near future.

We were there as a group. We were all very satisfied with the starter. We didn't like most of the main courses (4 out of 5). One wrong judgment. Once dry and twice not good in taste. Drinks were forgotten. We waited 60 minutes for a beer. A bottle of wine arrived quickly, the glasses that went with it 25 minutes later. The waitress lied to us and actually wanted to sell us a char as trout. A shame for a very nice facility in a very nice place. We as a group agree that we can only recommend the restaurant if it is not fully booked and the staff is not overwhelmed, because the kitchen is actually very good. Service was ... also overwhelmed.

With a view of the lake, we sat very nicely outside. Tables outside were all occupied and yet it was very pleasantly quiet. Very nice service. And the food is lovingly arranged and simply delicious. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

Everything tasted great and leaves no room for criticism.

Very nice, cozy restaurant. We were there with 6 people and had a table in the back area with lake view. The greetings from the kitchen, the appetizers and wines were excellent. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with a portion of the main course. While the Wagyu itself was fantastic, unfortunately, the side dish was served minutes later. To the three vegetable dishes lacked the jacket potatoes, which belong according to description to the court. They were replenished on our note - albeit in very small quantities. In one of the vegetable dishes we surprisingly found a noodle that we could not explain in this dish. The restaurant has responded courteously, apologized and invited us to a small dessert. All in all, we left the restaurant after a nice evening with a good feeling.

Delicious! We had a very cozy evening with delicious food and very nice staff!

We were eating twice, three courses each, everything is right here: The location on the lake, terrace, (from the front of the restaurant you have a beautiful view of Lake Tegernsee), the reserved, tasteful decor that gives a feeling of warmth, the very friendly, fast staff and of course the food. Whether steak, deer or fish, apricot dumplings or plum cake, various starters, everything tasted delicious. Exquisite wine list, also very good open wines. The price level is appropriate for the quality offered.

Were at the restaurant. Michelin 3 stars. To say that it is tasty is to say nothing. The kitchen is magical!
